We want you to be completely satisfied. If you try a product and it does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it. Please take up to 60 days to make a return, clean the item well (especially cushions), repack neatly with brochures, boxes, etc., and ship prepaid and insured at the surface rate along with a copy of the packing slip. Please tell us whether you want a refund, exchange, or credit, and why you are not satisfied, so that we can improve our service to you. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is damaged or altered, or to charge a 15% restocking fee if it is not like new. In the event of our shipping error or if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and offer an exchange or full refund. Shipping and Handling

We ship most items via Federal Express Ground Service. Your products will arrive at their destination in about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the shipping location. Occasionally it may take longer. If you need a delivery by a specific date, please call and speak directly with our staff.

Shipping charges are 10% of the order total plus a $5 handling charge.

New York residents pay an 8% sales tax.

International Orders

For international credit card orders, shipping charges will be based on the actual postage plus a $5.00 handling charge. International orders may take 3 weeks or longer to arrive, depending on the country and shipping method.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs offices may sometimes hold shipments indefinitely; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
