Zazen has nothing to do with sitting still, says Daido Roshi.Itís about how we live our whole life. Constant measuring of the self prevents us from the falling away of body and mind. Our hidden baggage, not yet processed and released, keeps us from developing our samadhi. Zazen is the most essential thing we have, itís a constant process of discovery; and only we can discover individually our own manual for living.
