Life is constantly providing us with a rich bounty of teachings. Sometimes they come in the form of spiritual books or talks, but they are also coming from our angry boss, our nosy neighbors, and our inner feeling of unease. The question is, are we listening or not? If we turn away from life and refuse to work with the people and situations that challenge us, we are missing out on some of life's most valuable offerings.
