Liturgy is easy to misunderstand, and even easier to not engage within our practice. It can become mechanical, and the heart of it is lost. What does it mean to truly practice liturgy? It's not something that can be described, but something that must be experienced. This requires entering into it directly—whole body and mind—so that we can be intimate with the heart of liturgy.
