Samadhi is not a special miracle reserved for elite practitioners. It is the experience of body and mind falling away completely, and it comes as a result of diligent practice. But samadhi is not the endpoint of practice; in fact, it's just the beginning. Experiencing samadhi without integrating it into daily life is useless; our challenge is to let samadhi inform even the most mundane actions, to express with our own body and mind the integration of the absolute and the relative. We don't just express our idea of this space, we express the space itself, and this transforms and nourishes the world around us.
