I had my office get one of these for my chair at work. Has helped my posture and with soreness, so I am getting another one for my office chair at home. I tried a more expensive gel cushion, but it was too hard and I kept sliding off of it.

I injured my sacroliac joint about a year ago trying to assume a meditation posture that my body was not ready to assume. Since then, sitting has been painful. It has been a painful lesson. I have been rehabilitating the injury with core-building exercises and stretching. I purchased this cushion to help facilitate good posture so as to mitigate the pain from the injury while sitting. It does a fantastic job. I am 6'0 and weigh 155 pounds. I can feel a noticeable improvement in ease of sitting with back erect as well as deeper breathing. I feel this is a great value for the price. I hope it lasts a long time. I also have purchased several things from the ZMM store and I feel that their prices, good customer service, and expeditious delivery certainly back up the spirit of right livelihood through their business. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I purchased one of these about a year ago. I have knee problems and I must use a chair.
I believe this cushion would be suitable for someone that is quite light, a small framed adult or child.
It gives me very little support and is not very comfortable.
I'd recommend searching elsewhere for a chair cushion.

What a great product. I use this cushion when traveling long distances in my car and when sitting for long periods of time on hard chairs. Since using this cushion I have not had a lower back pain or aching legs. That you, this produce has helped improve the quality of my life.
