Zafus have been used for meditation for over a thousand years. They are useful for both cross-legged and kneeling postures. Stuffed with kapok or buckwheat hulls (pictured right). Kapok is a natural, silky fiber known for its resilience and lightness. Buckwheat hulls are more pliable than kapok, shifting more readily to where you want them; the cushion can be shaped to your preference, while still providing good support for your lower back. The buckwheat zafu has a 13" diameter and is 7.5" high. The kapok zafu has a 14" diameter, is 8" high. Black. Made in the USA.
