Submitted By: Ross on 12/22/2006 I recently purchased the mountain seat zafu & zabuton set and I am now absolutely convinced that it is the best investment I have made into a meditation aid ever. After 30 years of relative pain, I now sit in a comfortable half - lotus without needing a wall to lean back into. This product does what it says, aligns your spine and adjusts to the pressure and movement of your body. I have held back for over a month before commenting as I just couldn't believe it. Living in the UK, I took a bit of a gamble on this as the shipping costs and customs clearance adds approx. another $200 to the purchase price of $198.....All I can say is that it is well worth it....I can only urge you to consider an outlet in the UK. I am so grateful, I only have to deal with my discursive thoughts now, my body is where it should be.... sitting comfortably. many thanks

Submitted By: doshin on 10/02/2006 I was skeptical when ordering this set because the Zafu did not have the traditional pleats on the side. It quickly became not only my favorite but also the favorite of about 80% of those who come to sit with us. The Zabuton is also a very nice size. Not too big or too small. Now it is time to order more, and this is the only one I will be ordering.
