There are many ways to use the adjustable meditation cushion. It can be set to various heights and angles to support both cross-legged positions and kneeling positions. You will find many combinations that are just right for you. Experiment and have fun.

SeiFu on its side, both straps tight. Meditator in cross-legged (Burmese or Lotus) position.
This position provides broad, comfortable support and can be readily shifted to an upright kneeling position.
